5.) You will be supporting your joints. Stronger muscles help your joints by offering more stability, absorbing impact, and minimizing stress on joint structures. When your muscles are weak, your joints carry more of the weight, which can cause pain, injury, and greater wear and tear. Building muscle strength around a joint, particularly through resistance training, contributes to a stronger and more resilient joint system.
