Fiber plays a huge role in supporting a healthy digestive system. It helps to regulate bowl movements, prevent constipation, and reduce the risk of digestive disorders. It also helps you maintain a healthy weight and lower your cholesterol levels.

Fiber also acts as a prebiotic. It feeds the good bacteria in our gut, which are essential for digestion, immune function, and even mood regulation. A well-nourished microbiome can combat inflammation and enhance nutrient absorption, making fiber a key element in a holistic approach to health.
